The Human Capital and Business Change Management practices are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to build these teams to work with key blue chip companies across Australia and potentially the rest of the APAC region. Senior Manager:

This is a Senior consulting role with the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and project types. You will be driving the delivery of a range of strategic HR initiatives for multiple clients and ensuring the resources on the project are working optimally towards client success. You will have a creative and entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow the Human Capital business. You will be working on a variety of HR solutions as listed above alongside the Human Capital team. This is a leadership role working with senior stakeholders with the opportunity to direct and run projects, on the ground for blue chip clients.

Key criteria:

?? First and foremost, you will have proven consulting skills and preferably also HR line experience through career experience in commercial organisations and/or consulting, professional services organisations.

?? You will have also managed the ?people side? of change within a systems implementation, preferably with SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle or workday or another cloud based ERP.

?? Your communication style, coupled with your consultative approach will enable you to take your clients on an exciting journey.

?? You must be able to talk the language of an HR generalist and demonstrate your own previous experience of implementing change.

?? You will also demonstrate strength of character but be engaging, personable with the ability to quickly gain credibility and build strong and long lasting relationships

?? Change management experience is expected, as is organisational design to improve operations and service delivery. You will have process as well as people change management skills, with a robust knowledge of methodologies but also proven experience in delivery and implementation.
